These terms of service ("terms") govern your use of the EasyDine website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), provided by EasyDine LLC ("EasyDine," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Services Provided
EasyDine provides a platform that enables users to discover restaurants in Georgia, view photos, reviews sourced from Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google, and make online reservations. Additionally, users can earn and use EasyDine Coins for making reservations.
User Registration
Users must create an account on EasyDine to make reservations. By registering, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Reservations
Reservations made through EasyDine are free of charge. Users can cancel reservations before the reserved time without penalty. However, EasyDine Coins earned through a reservation will be deducted from the user's account if the reservation is canceled.
Privacy Policy
EasyDine values the privacy of its users and collects, stores, and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
User Conduct
Users agree to use EasyDine for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on EasyDine, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of EasyDine or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
EasyDine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform.

Table Availability
EasyDine provides a platform for users to make online reservations at restaurants. While EasyDine endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding table availability, we do not guarantee the availability of tables at any given time. Restaurant partners are responsible for managing their own tables and availability. EasyDine shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in table availability displayed on the Platform. Users understand and acknowledge that availability may vary and are encouraged to directly contact the restaurant for any specific inquiries regarding table availability.
